The Sophie at Bayou Bend – Private City Estate 

The Sophie is an exclusive private city estate located minutes away from downtown Houston. This luxe classically-influenced condominium  building rises seven stories on Memorial Drive, a stone’s throw from Bayou Bend Collection & Gardens. 

The luxury residential community consists of 39  distinctive residences offering spacious single-level floor plans with a range of innovative design features and include access to exclusive services and amenities. The thought process behind the design gained immediate traction in the market, which presented the challenge of executing the automatic fire sprinkler system as a work-in-progress.

Cherokey’s experience with this type of situation assured that the design was implemented effectively, without interrupting the progress of the rest of the development.

The Giorgetti Houston – Boutique Condominiums

A seven-story boutique midrise condominium branded with the name of an upscale Italian furniture maker opened in 2019 and boasted 32 homes priced from $1.9 million to $4.3 million.

The Giorgetti Houston was a collaboration of Giorgetti, the iconic Italian furnishings brand, and Stolz Partners. Giorgetti created the interior residential environment from the kitchen and outdoor cabinetry to paneling, lighting, carpets, closets, woodwork, furnishings and a sculptural wood art piece at the exterior entrance of each home. All components were handcrafted in Italy by the company’s craftsmen, many of whom are architects.

The talented and thoughtful designers at Cherokey Fire Protection worked closely with the architects and contractors to make sure the automatic fire sprinkler system blended perfectly with the world class interiors, while providing world class fire safety.
